Do I need previous experience to join any programme?
No. Our traineeships are designed for complete beginners as well as career changers. Each course starts from the fundamentals and builds up to job-ready, advanced skills.
Do I need coding experience for IT, DevOps, Cloud or AI courses?
No prior coding experience is required for any of our technology traineeships. We cover the fundamentals as part of the curriculum before progressing to advanced, job-ready skills.
Is the training live or self-paced?
You can choose either — live instructor-led sessions with real-time Q&A and mentorship, or a flexible self-paced format, depending on what fits your schedule best.
Will I get recordings if I miss a live class?

What certifications do the AWS and Azure programmes prepare me for?
The AWS Cloud Architect Traineeship prepares you for AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. The Cloud Architect (Microsoft) Traineeship prepares you for Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administrator (AZ-104), and related Microsoft 365 certifications.
Who is eligible for the Cybersecurity Engineer traineeship?
Anyone aged 18+ with a genuine interest in cybersecurity can apply, regardless of academic or professional background. No prior experience or formal entrance exam is required.
Are cloud labs included in the DevOps programme?
Yes, hands-on cloud labs across AWS and Azure are included throughout the DevOps Engineer Traineeship, alongside CI/CD, containers and infrastructure-as-code projects.
Is a certificate provided after completion?
Yes, every technology traineeship includes a verified certificate of completion once you finish the programme requirements, which you can add to your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Do I need previous healthcare experience?
No. Our healthcare programmes are designed for complete beginners — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are required to get started.
Can international applicants apply to healthcare programmes?
Yes, international applicants are welcome to join, subject to relevant visa and right-to-work requirements in the UK.

Yes. Flexible payment plans, including 0% interest options, are available for eligible learners on most programmes — subject to eligibility checks.
Is a job guaranteed after completing a traineeship?
Several programmes, including the AWS Cloud Architect and Cybersecurity Engineer traineeships, include a Job Guarantee or Fees Back promise — if you're not offered a role within an agreed period of completing the traineeship, we refund your course fees, subject to programme terms.
